Vocational training programs offer unique heart-based learning, providing an opportunity for participants to incorporate heart wisdom and ecologically sound practice into their business, trade or profession.

We have training programs to assist budding business entrepreneurs and existing small business owners to effectively plan for, manage and protect the financial viability, authenticity and integrity of their business and develop integrated self leadership skills and personal transformation along the way. Participants enrolled in our programs are assisted with ongoing coaching and mentoring support.

Certificate IV in Small Business Management is a 12-month program designed to assist small business owner-operators to actualise their business dream and make a positive difference to the world with what they do.

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, will prepare staff in organisations and individuals to develop their skills and potential to design, deliver and assess skills and training for their industries. This program also prepares them to create authentic and meaningful programs for the community and bring a high standard of ethics, wholeness and heart to their learners.

Both the Certificate IV in Small Business Management and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment are nationally recognised qualifications.
