The Australian Institute of Ethical Business Studies (AIEBS) operates under the umbrella of the Registered Training Organisation the Insight Foundation. Our business training programs are designed to bring you an integrated and holistic approach to business.

We are developing courses with a new paradigm in mind. Our training programs are being designed to cover the skills, knowledge, understanding and opportunity to be-come the business leaders of the future, whether at operational level for a small business or active leader within the community in a governing role, you have the choice to embrace new business and leadership abilities which focus on ethics, integrity and authenticity.

Our courses are being developed after researching what works best for business success and in the workplace not just in terms of the bottom line but also establishing a climate, culture and ethos of mutual interdependence, equality and respect in the workplace. We have integrated attitudinal factors into our training for business leaders and entrepreneurs who would like to walk the talk of personal self mastery and actually demonstrate sound business acumen with integrity (integrated mind body and spirit).

We choose for our courses to be flexible and adaptable, so they can be accessible, contextualised and appropriate to individual business projects and workplace environments. We are also establishing networks of business leaders, organisations and projects for students, offering a wider scope of opportunity, expansion and ongoing personal and professional development for our students. These networks and projects can be excellent examples of high ethical standards, sustainability, social and corporate responsibility in both philosophy and demonstration.

The uniqueness and authenticity of these projects and business ideas include their capacity to contribute the wellbeing and harmony of our beloved planet and all of her kingdoms.

We believe that humanity is ready for this and there are many who are ready and willing to step up and make a difference through their businesses and community / global projects and social entrepreneurial ideas.
